Party Party
Lately I’ve been so busy going to various events I’ve barely had time to dream or write my blog.
First things first:
I had a dream the other night that I was on a plane, it was set to crash. This is a big fear of mine…
not so much flying, but crashing.
Anyway, luckily I remembered that I could turn back time (I’ve been watching a lot of Heroes ((Season 1)).
All I needed was a clock.
There were no clocks on board. Alas I thought we were all going to crash when I suddenly had a thought!
I emptied my in-flightmeal onto my tray and made a clock out of the vegetables. I set about turning the vegetable clock hands back
until we were all safe on the ground again.
My boyfriends theory for this one was that it was my body telling me that it was “time for vegetables?”

This is me and my friends Tom and Freya at the Kool Aid gig a few weeks ago.
It was a truly great night of music and mayhem. Likely to be repeated every month or so. Hop to it if you’re in Melbourne.

Birthday things…
I did get some lovely things for my birthday.
- Minolta Hi-Matic 9
- scarf
- Little Birdy’s latest album ‘Confetti’ (4/5 stars)
- money from g’ma, with which I bought new shoes
- a lovely dinner, paid for by my dad at Sugarcane Resturant, Surry Hills, Sydney.
(very lovely- http://yourrestaurants.com.au/guide/?action=venue&venue_url=sugarcane) - cards galore

The only downer of the day came when the man who lives below me came upstairs and knocked on my door to report that, after showering, the entire water content of my shower had come through his roof and into his apartment, thus ruining his computer and floorboards. Hence boyfriend and I had to wait around for the plumber all day rather than going shopping and buying myself birthday things. We did have a delicious lunch at Cafe Otto in Glebe (http://www.cafeotto.com.au/).
.
But all in all it was a wonderful day.
.
I can’t believe this face is 20.

This is the first day of my life…
There are so many things i have to talk about:
- my life
- my interests
- my dreams (the sleep ones not the goal ones)
- the art i like
- the music i dance to
- the things i am good at (and the things i am TERRIBLE at)
- the people i look up to
- the films i prefer
- the films i despise
- the reactions of people to various stimulus they are given (oh so interesting)
- religion
- fashion
- people in general, those in my life and those who aren’t
and other things that i will probably think of later but forget to add.
I do have to remember to add: Elikan. (http://elinkan.blogg.se/)

She is the reason i decided to make a blog. I find her so delightfully interesting.
I just hope someone will find me that interesting. Probably not, but that’s ok.
So, i guess, this is the beginning.
I’m off to have a cupcake
